How to Shop at Atelier-Serenité

Found an item you simply must have? Great!
Select a color and/or size, then click “Add to Cart”.

Of course, you can continue shopping. You can always return to your shopping cart by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.
Note: Items in your shopping cart are not reserved.

Once you’re done shopping, it’s time to complete your order. Click the shopping bag icon in the top right to view your items. On the next screen, you can adjust quantities if needed.
Then click “Proceed to Checkout”. You will be taken to the checkout page, where you can conveniently enter all your details on a single page.

Important: Once your order is completed, it cannot be changed, as it is immediately processed to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

1. What Are the Shipping Costs?

Atelier-Serenité covers the shipping costs. You do not pay any shipping fees.*

*Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs of any items.

2. Can I Track My Delivery?

Yes, all items are shipped with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, a link will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Please note: It may take some time for the Track & Trace status to become available.

3. What Are the Delivery Times?

Atelier-Serenité strives for fast delivery. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are generally processed the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, so average delivery time is 10–15 business days.

4. What if I’m Not Home During Delivery?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a PostNL location (or Bpost for Belgian orders). You will receive a notification from the carrier with the pickup location. After 7 days, the package is returned to our warehouse.

5. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, but there is only a small window to correct an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

6. Lost or Stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report it. 14 days after the indicated delivery date, PostNL will start an investigation, and we will keep you informed until it is resolved.
